Currently a member of the Producers Guild of America, The British Academy of Film and Television Arts, the Television Academy, and the advisory board for the production software company, SHOWRUNNER. Molly is Emmy nominated and has produced or executive produced dozens of feature films over the last 15 years that have earned a total of four Academy Awards and 11 Academy Award nominations.

Through Phiphen’s Media Fund, Molly has also produced or executive produced PLAN A starring August Diehl, the best-selling video game, BLUE FIRE, as well as the upcoming documentary, STASI FC. In addition, Molly is the COO of Phiphen Studios, a new, full-service post-production studio in Englewood Cliffs, NJ which opened in Fall 2022. She also serves as the Chair of the Maine State Film Commission.
Phiphen’s current slate includes the upcoming COUP! which premiered at the 2023 Venice Film Festival and stars Peter Sarsgaard & Billy Magnussen, TERRESTRIAL starring Jermaine Fowler, Pauline Chalamet & Brendan Hunt, Julia Stiles’ directorial debut, WISH YOU WERE HERE starring Isabelle Fuhrman & Mena Massoud, as well as MIDGE in partnership with Terence Winter and Appian Way.
Amanda Bowers is an Emmy-nominated producer and member of the Producer’s Guild of America who is responsible for managing production, sales and development for Phiphen. Bowers produced Netflix’s LIKE FATHER, starring Kristen Bell, Kelsey Grammer and Seth Rogen, and received an Emmy nomination for the Netflix short-form comedy television series IT’S BRUNO in 2019. Most recently, she produced Saban’s BUTCHER’S CROSSING (TIFF 2022) starring Nicolas Cage & Fred Hechinger, Vertical’s THE GOD COMMITTEE (Tribeca 2021) starring Kelsey Grammer, Julia Stiles & Colman Domingo as well as IFC’s CENTIGRADE starring Genesis Rodriguez and Vincent Piazza. She is an Executive Producer on PLAN A, starring August Diehl as well as the video game BLUE FIRE.
Prior to joining Phiphen, Bowers co-produced Zach Braff’s WISH I WAS HERE, Eli Roth’s horror thriller, THE GREEN INFERNO; and Kim Farrant’s STRANGERLAND, starring Nicole Kidman. She also managed production finance on many projects including the 2014 Academy Award winning BIRDMAN; James Gray’s THE IMMIGRANT, and David Gordan Green’s drama, JOE, starring Nicolas Cage.

Jane Sinisi has been producing documentary and feature films for the last decade. Currently a member of the Producers Guild of America, she has produced or executive produced films such as A CALL FOR HELP, EDEN, and THE BIRTH OF A NATION, one of the highest selling films in Sundance history.
At Phiphen, she produced CENTIGRADE, starring Genesis Rodriguez and Vincent Piazza, released by IFC, THE GOD COMMITTEE, starring Kelsey Grammer, Julia Stiles, and Colman Domingo, which was an official selection of the 2020 Tribeca Film Festival and BRIGHTON BEACH, starring FKA Twigs.
Sinisi is an Executive Producer on the major motion picture STOWAWAY, starring Anna Kendrick and Toni Collette and PLAN A, starring August Diehl. She also worked on the Emmy-nominated Netflix comedy series IT’S BRUNO.
Alex Spatt is a producer responsible for managing production and development for Phiphen. He has worked on a wide range of projects during his time with Phiphen as well as, previously, with The Weinstein Company and independently. Recent work includes WISH YOU WERE HERE starring Isabelle Fuhrman & Mena Massoud, Greenwich’s COUP! (Venice 2023) starring Peter Sarsgaard & Billy Magnussen, Saban’s BUTCHER’S CROSSING (TIFF 2022) starring Nicolas Cage & Fred Hechinger as well as Gunpowder & Sky’s feature documentary EVERYBODY’S EVERYTHING (SXSW 2019) now streaming on Netflix.
Alex also helps to oversee business development for Phiphen Studios, a new, full-service post-production studio in Englewood Cliffs, NJ which opened in Fall 2022.
