Media Fund

Phiphen Media Partners II LP will make opportunistic investments across the capital structure of film, television, video game, podcast and other media projects. The fund will source packaged projects and development ventures through a wide range of industry contacts, analyzing the financial, sales, partnerships and production plan to determine the investment profile and potential of every deal. Deals will be monitored by the producers at the Manager, Phiphen LLC, and its affiliated General Partner entity. The fund has engaged the advisory services of Three Point Capital, a well-respected, specialty lender and financial services firm, to vet the deal structure and financial models of all submissions.
